“As a tutor, my educational philosophy revolves around fostering critical thinking skills in students. I aim to create an environment that encourages questioning, analysis, and independent thought. By equipping students with the tools to think critically, I empower them to solve problems, make informed decisions, and thrive in any environment they may find themselves in.”
During high school, Austin assisted friends and classmates with their college essays, developing a keen eye for the special qualities that make each individual shine. Austin has also worked as an ELA tutor for students taking AP English classes, helping them edit essays and develop their voices. In working with students, Austin strives to help them discover their unique strengths and guide them towards the colleges of their dreams.
“I aim to provide counseling focused on empowering students to make informed decisions and pursue their educational aspirations. I believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, providing personalized guidance, and equipping students with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate the college admissions process successfully.”
