Counseling Experience: 

For the past 15 years, Ginger has worked as an applied researcher seeking to identify programs and strategies that improve students' college access, persistence, and completion. This has included strategies for helping students to apply to enroll in colleges best suited to their interests and skills, complete courses aligned with their college goals, and complete college applications and financial aid forms. Ginger uses this knowledge to help students achieve their college aspirations. She has experience working with students ranging from middle school to graduate school. Ginger has tutored students in algebra, microeconomics, English, and statistics. She has also taught courses in economics, research methods, and statistics as an adjunct lecturer.

Every student is unique, with their own strengths, passions, and aspirations. College success is built on finding the programs and colleges that are the best match for each individual student. When identifying a college and crafting an application, it's important to consider what you can gain from attending the college as well as what you bring to them."

Interesting Fact:

Ginger has run over 30 marathons and can be found running around Austin training for the next one.  has also been a zombie on Fear of the Walking Dead
