Education:

University of Texas at Austin, BA Psychology, Minor in English

Counseling Experience:

Hannah has worked as a mentor for first-year students in the Foundation Scholars Program and University Leadership Network at UT. In these positions, she spent time helping her students to perfect essays, resumes and internship applications.

 

Counseling Philosophy:

“I think it is important to not compare yourself to those around you. You will have much more success in college admissions, and in college in general, if you focus on all the amazing qualities YOU bring to the table.”

Teaching Experience:

During her time at UT, Hannah led workshops for first-year students. These workshops covered a range of topics; from study techniques, to how to correctly format an essay. She would also hold individual tutoring sessions with her students, giving them extra guidance and encouragement.

Educational Philosophy:

"I hope to not only help students excel in their studies, but to also help them find ways to make the subjects exciting and interesting. I am passionate about learning and mastering new topics and I hope to make my students feel the same way.”

 

Interesting Fact:

Hannah has Dual citizenship (UK and US) and spent most of her childhood in England!
