University of Texas at Austin (B.S. in Petroleum Engineering)
Teaching Experience:
Jay has worked as an instructor with Berkeley² Academy for over two years, tutoring students in a wide range of subjects and acting as Head Teacher for many Test Prep Classes. Jay has been interested in teaching from a young age. In high school she was a volunteer math tutor for elementary school students, and in college she acted as a Physics Learning Assistant. She also has experience mentoring students through her time as a UT Peer Assistance Leader. Before coming to B2A she worked at a middle school as a remedial math instructor for students who had fallen behind during the school year

I believe all students are willing to learn if their instructor engages them correctly and presents the material in a way that is tailored to their learning style. I am committed to helping all students discover their strengths and passions by personalizing their education experience.”
