University of Texas at Austin (Chemical Engineering, B.S.)


Teaching Experience:

Jennifer has several years of teaching experience across middle school, high school, and college levels. Throughout high school, she volunteered to tutor her classmates in math and science. At UT Austin, she continued developing her teaching skills by tutoring fellow students in math and science through the Engineering Student Services. Additionally, she participated in UTeach Outreach, where she led hands-on STEM activities for local middle school STEM clubs.


Educational Philosophy:

“I believe teaching is about helping and guiding students toward confidence and independence in learning. It’s not just about getting the right answers but equipping them with the tools to think critically, ask questions, and approach problems with confidence. Every student learns differently, so I strive to adapt my methods to fit their unique needs and learning styles. I aim to make learning engaging, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs.”


Interesting Fact:

Jennifer loves to read and is currently learning how to crochet.
