Counseling Philosophy:

"I believe authenticity is the most powerful tool a student can have in crafting a powerful application. I encourage all students to take the time and find what truly drives them, as only then can they provide a unique and compelling story."

Teaching Experience:

At Dartmouth, Richard served as a peer tutor for several classes such as Macroeconomics. Educational Philosophy:

Although mastering the content of a subject is highly important, it is also necessary to master how to efficiently learn and retain a true understanding of new concepts. I believe in not only helping students with their subjects, but also embedding transferable study skills that they can take beyond the confines of the classroom"
