University of Texas at Dallas (B.S. in Biochemistry; Minor in Physics)

Teaching Experience:

Throughout high school, Samita taught everything from basic motor skills to high school reading and precalculus. During college, Samita transferred those teaching skills to higher level classes and co-instructed a physical chemistry lecture. She also honed her mentorship skills as a Peer Advisor, guiding freshman through university-level academics, assisting students in building healthy social bonds, and helping them adjust to the new college environment through their first year of university.

Interesting Fact:

Samita loves the show Avatar: the Last Airbender and even named her cat after Prince Zuko.​
